AI ActArt. 4 · Art. 3(56)
Providers and deployers must take measures so their staff, and others operating AI on their behalf, have a sufficient level of AI literacy: the skills and understanding to use AI knowingly and be aware of its opportunities, risks and possible harms. Applies since 2 February 2025, to every risk tier.
