AI ActArt. 6 · Annexes I and III
An AI system that poses significant risk to health, safety or fundamental rights. There are two ways in: the system is a safety component of, or is itself, a product covered by the EU product laws in Annex I that requires third-party conformity assessment; or it's used in one of the sensitive areas listed in Annex III.
