AI ActArt. 99 · Art. 101
Fines up to €35 million or 7% of worldwide annual turnover for prohibited practices; up to €15 million or 3% for most other breaches, including by GPAI providers; and up to €7.5 million or 1% for giving authorities incorrect or misleading information. The higher amount applies to large companies, the lower one to SMEs and start-ups.
