GPAI model obligations

AI ActArt. 53 · Art. 111(3)

Every GPAI model provider must keep technical documentation of the model, give downstream providers the information they need, have a policy to comply with EU copyright law including text-and-data-mining opt-outs, and publish a sufficiently detailed summary of the content used for training. Applies since 2 August 2025; models placed on the market before then have until 2 August 2027.
